However, for the past 2 years or more he has not been operating the service and the DVLA no longer accept his authentications. Even though his name and his service is still mentioned on many web sites If you send him any requests for dating letters your stuff will be returned.

We will research and check the manufacturing date of your vehicle. We will then issue a dating letter to ensure your vehicle is issued with an age-related number plate (NOT a Q plate). We'll supply you with the correct DVLA registration and declaration form for your vehicle PRE FILLED. Ready for you to present to the DVLA (you'll have to sign it). Also we'll advise you on the correct VAT/customs form and send you that as well. So you'll be all ready to put everything in an envelope and send it to the DVLA.

NEW VEHICLES - For unregistered NEW imports - from £49 (depending on presence of Certificate of Conformity or Type Approval Number). We will certify the newness of your vehicle for the DVLA to ensure your vehicle is issued with a new registration number(NOT a Q plate).
