Speedometer |

The body of the Indian speedo is very slightly thicker than the Italian one and, if using an Italian retainer bracket , the bracket may require some trimming or a little prizing. But it fits perfectly with Italian headset components. The Indian speedo cable connection is bigger than the Italian one so you’ll need an Indian speedo cable or bigger (Indian) cable-to-meter fitting screw. |
|
Speedometer glass/cover |
Compatible |
The Indian Series 2 shipped with a flat glass speedo cover, whereas the Italian version shipped with a rounded or domed plastic cover. Indian and Italian speedos both accept either cover/glass. |
